聚焦關鍵環節提升用戶服務質量。對于供(gong)(gong)應鏈(lian)側(ce),有(you)針(zhen)對性地策劃(hua)實(shi)施(shi)供(gong)(gong)應商質(zhi)量巡檢工(gong)作,查找供(gong)(gong)應商質(zhi)保(bao)(bao)能力存在的問題(ti)與不足(zu),對供(gong)(gong)應商實(shi)施(shi)質(zhi)量處(chu)罰累計16.2萬元,并(bing)組織(zhi)實(shi)施(shi)整改(gai),提(ti)高供(gong)(gong)應商質(zhi)量保(bao)(bao)證能力。對于用戶側(ce),主(zhu)動提(ti)升服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)質(zhi)量、強化(hua)精(jing)品標準,制定《國網公司水電項(xiang)目哈(ha)電內部(bu)績效專業(ye)評價(jia)標準》, 從研發、設計、采購(gou)、生產制造(含外包(bao)、外購(gou))、驗收、包(bao)裝、倉儲、運(yun)輸、安裝服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)、現場運(yun)行(xing)、售(shou)后服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)等全過程(cheng)進行(xing)管(guan)理、考(kao)評,以(yi)此為(wei)抓手(shou),使(shi)設備質(zhi)量及服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)質(zhi)量達到優(you)良標準。協助(zhu)業(ye)主(zhu)單位制定了白鶴灘百萬機(ji)組、兩(liang)河口等電站機(ji)組安裝精(jing)品標準,有(you)效促進哈(ha)電機(ji)組運(yun)行(xing)質(zhi)量進一步提(ti)升,白鶴灘百萬機(ji)組擺度10道(0.1毫米)以(yi)內,兩(liang)河口機(ji)組擺度4道(0.04毫米)以(yi)內。開設專題(ti)研修班,組建專業(ye)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)團隊,協助(zhu)業(ye)主(zhu)保(bao)(bao)障運(yun)行(xing)質(zhi)量。
