日(ri)前,中(zhong)(zhong)國社會(hui)(hui)科學院大(da)學(研究生院)國際能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)安全研究中(zhong)(zhong)心與社會(hui)(hui)科學文(wen)獻出版(ban)社在北京聯合發(fa)布了《世界(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)藍皮書:世界(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)展報告(gao)(2024)》(以下(xia)簡稱(cheng)“報告(gao)”)。報告(gao)顯示,2023年全年,可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)新增裝(zhuang)機3.7億千瓦,中(zhong)(zhong)國電力裝(zhuang)機結構的綠色低碳轉(zhuan)型步伐(fa)加快(kuai)。
報告指出,截至(zhi)2023年,中國累計發(fa)(fa)電裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量持(chi)續增長,達到了(le)29.2億千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),同比增長13.7%。其(qi)中,煤電裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量保(bao)持(chi)在11.6億千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)左右,而水電、風電、太陽(yang)能(neng)、生物質(zhi)等(deng)可再生能(neng)源發(fa)(fa)電裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量增至(zhi)14.5億千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),實現了(le)可再生能(neng)源發(fa)(fa)電裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量的進一步增長。
2023年全年,可(ke)再(zai)生能源新(xin)(xin)(xin)增(zeng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)3.7億千(qian)瓦,占(zhan)全國(guo)新(xin)(xin)(xin)增(zeng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容量的82.7%,繼(ji)續(xu)保(bao)持(chi)電(dian)力新(xin)(xin)(xin)增(zeng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)的主力軍地位(wei)。其(qi)中,新(xin)(xin)(xin)增(zeng)風電(dian)、太(tai)陽(yang)能發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容量分別達到(dao)0.76 億千(qian)瓦、2.2億千(qian)瓦。風電(dian)、太(tai)陽(yang)能發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)和光伏發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容量突破10億千(qian)瓦,顯示(shi)出中國(guo)在(zai)風電(dian)、太(tai)陽(yang)能發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)和光伏領域的發(fa)(fa)(fa)展勢頭依然(ran)強勁。
報(bao)告分析認為,隨著(zhu)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和光伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)力結構中(zhong)的(de)占比(bi)不斷提升,這要求電(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統進一步提升調(diao)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力,而(er)且(qie)也對儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)設(she)施建設(she)和風(feng)光儲一體(ti)化(hua)項(xiang)目(mu)推進提出(chu)了(le)更加迫切(qie)的(de)需(xu)求,需(xu)要加強(qiang)跨區域電(dian)(dian)(dian)力調(diao)配能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力,優(you)化(hua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力資源配置,以(yi)適應可再(zai)(zai)生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源發(fa)展(zhan)帶(dai)來的(de)新變(bian)化(hua)。預計(ji)2024年,中(zhong)國(guo)將繼續推進電(dian)(dian)(dian)力結構的(de)優(you)化(hua)升級,進一步提升可再(zai)(zai)生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源在電(dian)(dian)(dian)力供應中(zhong)的(de)比(bi)重(zhong),為實現(xian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源轉型(xing)和碳中(zhong)和目(mu)標奠定堅實基礎。
