近日,黑龍江省工(gong)業和(he)信息化廳公布了2024年黑龍江省數(shu)字化(智能)示范(fan)(fan)車(che)間名單,哈電汽輪(lun)(lun)機“重型汽輪(lun)(lun)機裝備加(jia)工(gong)裝配數(shu)字化車(che)間”成功(gong)入選,繼(ji)葉片數(shu)字化車(che)間后,又增(zeng)1個省級數(shu)字化(智能)示范(fan)(fan)車(che)間,為推動新質生產力(li)加(jia)快發展提供了有力(li)支(zhi)撐。

開發數控化功能(neng),提升設(she)備(bei)本(ben)質能(neng)力
針對重型(xing)轉子(zi)車削中(zhong)心、龍門式(shi)鏜銑(xian)加(jia)工中(zhong)心、立式(shi)車削加(jia)工中(zhong)心等(deng)(deng)(deng)超(chao)大型(xing)數(shu)控設備,結(jie)合產品特點,開發運用在線測量(liang)、刀具補償、視(shi)覺(jue)監控、遠程控制等(deng)(deng)(deng)數(shu)控化功能(neng),并配(pei)套(tao)進行管理機制改革,提(ti)高設備自(zi)動化水平和加(jia)工效(xiao)率(lv)等(deng)(deng)(deng)本(ben)質(zhi)能(neng)力,降低人(ren)工作業負(fu)荷和質(zhi)量(liang)故障成本(ben),改進了高價(jia)值產品的加(jia)工方式(shi),實現數(shu)控設備向智能(neng)化設備的蛻(tui)變。
運用(yong)數字孿(luan)生技術,實現(xian)產品(pin)追溯與模擬裝(zhuang)配(pei)仿真(zhen)
作為(wei)公司首創并擁有(you)專利(li)知識產權的(de)核(he)心(xin)技術,汽輪機(ji)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化總裝技術實現了(le)數(shu)(shu)據數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化采集、數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化裝配分析,規避了(le)大型部套變形、操作人員測(ce)量誤差等(deng)對(dui)通(tong)流間(jian)隙的(de)影響,能夠模擬(ni)反映機(ji)組實際(ji)運行狀態下的(de)通(tong)流間(jian)隙。目(mu)(mu)前數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化總裝技術已經由(you)核(he)電項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)推廣至常規煤電項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),同時由(you)供給側向(xiang)用(yong)戶(hu)側進(jin)行推廣,在三門核(he)電、承德改(gai)造等(deng)多個項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)機(ji)組檢修過程(cheng)中(zhong)進(jin)行了(le)應用(yong),起(qi)到(dao)了(le)較好的(de)成(cheng)效,得到(dao)用(yong)戶(hu)一致認可。
